"Update 1/22 Yusef, the original sales representative, gets 5 stars! he was able to arrange a new delivery with a new, much more competent delivery team. Yusef was there through the whole process to make sure this delivery happened without any problems. Thank you for all your help! UPDATE 1/20 4PM I had to update my review because while the mattress firm store and sale rep are wonderful the delivery company they contract with is terrible. The two delivery guys had walked up to my house and said they were afraid of the driveway being too icy. I showed them that we had spent the morning shoveling driveway and the walkway to so that they could pull up their truck and drop off the mattress. After some negotiations with the drivers in Spanish they said they agreed they would give it a shot. I told them If you guys can get it to the garage, we can get it the rest of the way. All they had to do is pull up in the front of the house.  When I went inside to get the keys to move our Jeep that was parked out front on the street, they left without saying anything.  That was very frustrating and terrible customer service that they didn't say anything about changing their mind or rescheduling. They just left me waiting in the cold.
