"In choosing granite for the cabin kitchen, I scoped out private contractors, corporate stores and friends recommendations. I chose Oregon Natural Stone for mainly Tom's excellent straightforward communication and large office display of many kinds of stone and sinks. He had great suggestions and even allowed me to come out and lay the template on the chosen slab so I could enjoy every facet of the stone, as I wanted. The only reason ONS is getting 4 stars is that his crew did not lay anything under the two sinks and a lot of granite dust and shards were left under one sink and the other sink I had just stained the new underlayment and it now it has large places where I will have to sand and stain again. I also wish they would have tacked up a thin piece of cloth to keep the fine granite dust contained. It really does get everywhere. They are competitively priced in the median to mid high range for excellent stone. Note that extra was paid to someone else to remove old tops and reinforce cabinets. They do not do this service."
