I was a little nervous due to a fear of heights, but the crew, pilots and staff all eased any nerves I had by explaining exactly what would happen so that I could enjoy the beautiful sunrise and scenery from the air. Kelly H was full of fun facts and has a great sense of humor. I enjoyed learning about and participating in the inflation and deflation process and found the whole process surprisingly communal and fun. I appreciated crew members offering to share photos of our balloon on the ride back. All in all, I highly recommend a flight. We “won” this hot air balloon ride at a school auction last year and I forgot to schedule it— they were very flexible about extending scheduling a year.
