Sutherlin Community Playground

"Central Park playground is probably the best community-based attraction/Stop in Sutherlin. Not the fanciest but since they added the splashpad thd only thing that I would say negative is the bathroom filth level. Always been to nasty for me to ever use and have never been clean that I've witnessed. Great otherwise. Sad thing is because of the park being one of two public hangouts in our town,(Ford's pond being the other, in my opinion atleast), that most times I've went with my 8 year old son so he could run around the place had more or almost the same amount of teenage kids present as grade school aged kids and using the play equipment running younger ones off even once or twice I seen. Seen fights and always hear profanity from the older kids. It would be beneficial to everyone here I'd think the ones with kids atleast if the city spent/raised some money on building another recreation area type thing for the older kids."

"We went to the BlackBerry Festival and the water park it was great. Awesome selection of cars at the show. Many booths of produce and products to purchase. Food trucks a plenty. And a movie at the park in the evening. Awesome time!!!"

"This little park was well layed out and quite safe! The padding on the ground was very squishy and absorbent to impact! Not only being a park but a memorial as well honering the veterans thoughout many wars. Displaying at the front corner of the park there was the old 100 locomotive so much history in one piece it is a valuable location if your in the area"
