"I walked in at 12:00pm on February 27th to return an item. I asked if I could be compensated for a defective product, and she said no. I told her I did not need this product then and that she could take it back for the owner to look into. As I was leaving, I recommended them pulling the product from the shelf so others didn't have the same experience. I purchased Quick Fix, and it did NOT work. I wasted money and didn't get any help from Red Eye to make this right. She couldn't even compensate for a gift card, have the owner contact me, or maybe hook me up with a shirt to support a local business around town because I could of bought this product online instead a supporting a local business. I decided to call 2 hours later to give my number so the owner could contact me. She began to take my info, and once she knew I was the guy from earlier. Her attitude changed and became extremely defensive, saying that she was gonna stick up for herself. That the owner would take her side and that people in town would defend her. She began to be very small-minded, and eventually, she hung up on me. At this point I did NOT want her to have my phone number so I personally went down within 5 mins of her hanging on me to get that piece of paper because she is obviously isnt helpful and now has my personal information after stating "people in town will stand up for her." (What's that supposed to mean?) When I went into the store, I had to set her straight and put her back in line since she wanted to light a fire and start a problem with me. I told her to give me the piece of paper with my name and number on it because she's a weirdo and she dung it out of the trash. So it looks like the owner would have never been aware of this situation and of his fellow insubordinate employee holding down HIS store, not your store lady. I wasn't rude when I came in this morning, but I was extremely disappointed that I wasted $30, and nothing could be done to make it right but the fact that this girl wanted to act like a fool feel attacked over a dissatisfied customer dumbfounded me. It's all good because I have been working towards my sobriety and don't need "Quick Fix" to pass anything. Just goes to show you that the cannabis stores here in town only taint you, and it's not the appropriate way to socialize with others. Have fun smoking your lives away and ruining your health."
