"Brought a husky 372xp into the shop yesterday that’s been serviced there before to see if they could help me identify the exact model and year and they couldn’t even bothered, they just glanced at it and couldn’t even be bothered. Husqvarna customer service said any reputable dealer should be able to identify it easily even with a missing serial plate. I guess Phil’s isn’t reputable."
