"Ryan (sales desk) and Joe (order picker) were fantastic. I needed some replacement Meranti (a semi-hard wood) boards for my decking 1"x6" and railinf 1"x4". They were able to pull my order quickly, on the same day; they chose really nice figured, straight pieces, because of their planned high visibility. Nice price too. Couldn't beat it anywhere else. Plus, the quality is better than the same wood I found at another store, where it was difficult to find straight, nice pieces. As a sidenote, homeowners, be aware that if you're wanting the thicker boards they're calling "one-inch" that they have two thicknesses. One is just under 3/4" (between 1/2" and 3/4") and the other option is closer to a true inch (between 3/4" and 1"). You need to specify and ask your salesperson. I got the thinner stuff, thinking I'd get the thicker stuff. Still, best service around. Thank you Ryan and Joe for treating me like a big money contractor with my small repair and completion project needs. I feel valued and that my expectations were exceeded as your customer. It means a lot that you gave me the same care, courtesy, and attention most places would only show "bigger, more important" clients. Your staffs' friendly demeanor made it a pleasure. And thank you Al for explaining the difference between the two types of "one-inch" thicknesses. Next time I'll know."
