"We found beautiful carpet here. The quote was a bit high but we loved the unique carpet and ordered it, being a local, family run company, which we prefer. The carpet came in on time and they kept to the scheduling we agreed upon. But the installation was our first disappointment. The two men that came to install were slow compared to carpet installers we’ve had previously in other homes. Granted, it was a hot day. So I made sure they had plenty of water to stay hydrated. They were a father/son team, and not part of the “family run” business I assumed it would be. The father was obviously more experienced and worked well. But it seemed very slow. I figured they were just doing a good job. They finally completed the job in the late afternoon. As my husband and I went to put the furniture back in place, we noticed scratches and deep dings in several areas of each room, to the drywall and sheetrock. And wherever there were corners they turned, the carpet had rubbed off all the drywall texture going around those corners. There were dark rubber shoe scuffs on the white closet doors that had to be cleaned off and many paint touch ups we have to do to the walls. This is a brand new house and we are left to touch up paint, and repair nicks to drywall and baseboards! SECOND disappointment: After the installation no one bothered to call to see if we loved our new carpet or ask if we were happy with the install. They simply emailed an invoice with our balance due. No personal note. Very disappointing after the helpful first contact. I suppose we are in the minority that still believes customer service is important, but it is to us. We don’t feel we received that here. But we do love our new carpet, and regardless of the lack of care to our home by the installers, they did a decent job with the install itself. It is guaranteed if it stretches or needs attention in the future. So hopefully they’ll be a little more customer-service oriented in the future too."

"Normans installed our new home's carpet five years ago. When I recently noticed issues with one of the rooms and contacted Matt, he jumped right on it: visited our home, processed the warranty and got the replacement carpet ordered. On the scheduled installation date, a team of one showed up and was absolutely amazing. He moved the furniture, removed the old carpet, installed the new and left everything neat as a pin. From start to finish, Norman's has exceeded expectations and I could not recommend them any more highly!"

"I have dealt with Norman's for many years, always found them to be professional and fair. My last project was to install new tile and carpet prior to sale of my home. They recommended the perfect carpet to balance cost and quality. I knew the tile I wanted and they originally bid to replace the underlayment as well. Turns out that was not necessary. They removed the charge without me asking. When the contractors were here, the owner came by to check on the work and make sure it looked good. Class act."
