"I drove over an hour to look at and purchase some hardwood because I'm looking for a new supplier for my business. I walked around and waited around the registers for 15 minutes while an employee had a conversation with someone. I was ready to buy some hardwood but I had some questions before I purchased. He never looked in my direction or acknowledged me. I looked right at him but he wouldn't make eye contact with me. I walked outside and called the store asking if they were open to the public as this was the first time I've been here. He told me they were open and there were 3 to 4 employees in the warehouses ready to help. I walked back in and waited another 10 minutes around the registers and there were 3 employees behind the counter this time talking to eachother and not one looked at me or asked if I needed help. I walked outside and called again and I was told he was going to come out and get someone to help me. If you can treat a customer so poorly and unwelcoming it's not a company I want to do business with."
"A really nice selection of hardwoods. As a new bowyer this place made me happy. Great bow woods like hickory, maple, and oak plus more exotic woods. It's primarily a contractor focused lumber company but there was no problem walking in as a guy off the street, buying a single 9ft 1x2 hickory board"

He took his time to help me select the best pieces for my project. Lowes and Home Depot could learn a thing or two from him on what excellent customer service is!
