"Always very helpful and knowledgeable about vape products. If they don’t have what I need, they’re willing to order it. In response to other reviews. Their vapes aren’t counterfeit, they ask you to test the disposables before you leave because sometimes they are duds. I’ve asked for the box they came in numerous times and scanned the QR code to validate authenticity. Sometimes the shop won’t be open for a half hour because it’s a small business and most normal people understand sometimes family issues come up. Grow up."
"The customer service was wonderful they helped me find a bowl piece for my bong and were extremely friendly. However I bought two 3000 hit flum float vapes that were the worst vapes I've ever had. They lasted a day if that there was almost no flavor from the start, we're not rechargeable. They could be opened up extremely easily exposing a very rudimentary and what appears to be counterfeit vape setup. I did buy these on sale but for 15 dollars a piece do not buy these vapes or anything from this brand they are horrible!!!"
