She didn't listen when I told her to stop and to look at the picture of the haircut I wanted and that her haircut didn't match. Edit: You can say I'm not in the system all you want, but I was there on December 23rd. My name is Aaron my last name starts with an S The nametag of the woman said Angie. She responded to that name for the entirety of my service. I've checked the photo on Google of your establishment and it is the same place. Thank you for the response."

"Staff was friendly but my haircut is not what I wanted. I wanted to take it off my shoulders in the front and keep the same length hair all around. That only takes 3 to 4 inches of hair off and the hair dresser took that height straight across my back and the hair on my back of hair is 4 maybe 5 inches while in the front it's closer to 9. How does that come close to taking 3-4 jnches off all around so it's still the same length of hair and not height of how low it goes? Will take months to grow the back out again and have it cut the way I wanted."

"Made an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes early to check in, and customers who were lower than my reserved place in line were being helped before me and three others that were before me in line. All four of us got up and left after four other customers were helped before the top four in line. I will never recommend this location."

"I walked in today with a couple pictures of what I wanted. My stylist was Melissa and she nailed it! Cut my hair exactly like I wanted! I've been in the area for a couple years and finally have found my forever stylist! She was sweet and personable and went above and beyond making sure I knew exactly how to style it at home the way she did it. Fantastic service and I will definitely be back! Thank you!"
