"For the disappointment last visit... this visit it was much better! My hair is restored back to original , with much better and shiny ! I'm not going to try anything new anymore and probably going to stick with this color code for quite some time. Thanks for restoring my hair! I'm glad they were able to fix their mistakes! Looks like similar experience happened with many customers over a month and little did I realize I also had a same situation and disappointment. Giving them another chance, they did good today!"
"ZERO STARS. Yesterday. They completely messed up my hair. $250 roots, highlights. I have chunks of brass in my hair it looks terrible. I tried calling today, nothing. I tried the message app. No reply. So disappointed, the lady who did my hair was being promoted to supervisor!!! I’ve had my roots done before here and that was fine. I guess all they do is roots."
"no stars. I booked an appointment, included ALL of my hair history so they could call me in advanced and tell me wether or not they could do the service. I came in for my appointment, they bleached a chunk of my hair blonde said they couldn’t do it anymore because theres pink in it (But there isn’t any pink it looks completely fine to me) and told me to go elsewhere. I called EVERYWHERE. and no one could take me as a walk-in. I walked back to ask if there was ANYTHING they could do even just a hi light instead of a full blonde and they said the only thing they can do is slap EVEN MORE BROWN on top of it and call it good which would make it EVEN HARDER to go blonde later!! Either that or go back to ulta who messed my hair up in the first place! Now i get to walk around with a dried up blonde chunk in my hair when i work face to face with customers at my job. Horrendous place"
