"My son gets a haircut every few months here and usually they do an okay job. My husband took him in a few days ago and my son came back with the most uneven haircut. One side is much longer than the other. As soon as the hairdresser finished, she said “my back hurts” and walked away. She didn’t ask if we liked it or wanted something changed. Clearly she was not being attentive or taking time to make sure the haircut was decent. Bless my husband who trusts them to do a good job..he didn’t notice how bad it was until he got home (he was also getting his haircut there right after my son got his.) He’s a young boy and his hair grows fast, so I’m not picky, but this is noticeably bad."

"June at the Hillsboro location went above and beyond to make my mom happy and feel good during a rough time in her life and really was amazing. We have never had such great service so thank you June."

"Been having my haircut here since 2016, haven't gone to a different place. Always great stylists and very clean. I don't even like sports but they've got me as a customer until I move out too far away!"

"Update: I still hate how my hair looks like but I have to say that this place has super customer service!!! The owner contacted me and offered everything he could to fix my problem. I'm sure they could make my head presentable again. I don't want any more cutting though, so I'm passing up the offer. Only time and hair growth will fix it. It's very refreshing and appreciated that I was contacted and offered to come in again for a free fix. I wish more businesses had this kind of service! This is making me decide to increase my review from 1 star to 3. ---- My original review: I was very hopeful to get my wild looks modelled a little bit here but I have to say I'm very disappointed with the result. I feel like my free roaming Tarzan looks have now been changed into a 15th century Monk who cut his own hair with a blunt bronze knife. Good thing it's only hair and it will grow back but I'll probably have to wear a hat in public for the next 6 months to hide my healing scars. Needless to say I'm not happy!"

"Sports Clips is typically really good. However this time I was unimpressed. The store was clean and had a great environment. The staff were very kind, however my hair was not very good. I went in for a free trim that they offer. I just needed my neck and around my ears cleaned up. My neck turned out okay, but around my ears was done unevenly and she didn't fade the sides. Meaning it went from a lot of hair to skin instead of there being a natural transition. Sad to rate this low, but was unimpressed."
