"I have been getting haircut at this place for some time now. Overall, it has been OK, the location is convenient, and I am not super picky about my hair. My experience with the person who has been cutting my hair is he always cuts my hair much longer than what I would like. He basically makes me sit for 45min back to the mirror (so I don’t know how short or long he is cutting my hair) and at the end shows me the final result. This last time I specifically asked him to cut my hair really short on the sides and about an inch on the top. I just tried to be as specific as I could. Again, back to the mirror, I had no idea what he was doing to my hair. Closer to the end, I noticed my hair is much longer than what I wanted. I nicely asked him to cut my hair shorter, number one on the sides and one inch on top. He did cut the sides, but did not touch the top. When I asked him respectfully again to cut the top shorter, he just told me he is out of time. Anyway, he sent me home with a 3+ inches of hair. It doesn’t matter how much time to spend, when you can’t do the job."

"Booked a same-day appointment with Mathias on a Saturday. Why isn't this guy more busy? I didn't want a fade or anything like that -- showed him a picture, and he stayed faithful to it while making it a little cleaner than I've had it previously. Excellent cut, I'm stoked. Mathias was super chill and nice, too, and made the whole experience really easy, especially considering I was pretty nervous. Strongly recommend you book with him. Clean cut, great price. I'll be back."
