"Save your time and money and go elsewhere. After having gone to her last year at which time she did a good job I went back and even referred a good friend of mine. Boy, what a difference a year makes. Very unprofessional, cancelling appointments at the last minute and even forgot one appointment where she made us wait half hour outside for her to get there. She had one excuse after another as to why her work did not take. It was never her fault. My shading is completely gone and my friend's microblading is nil as well. A complete waste of our time and money. She even agreed to give us our money back but then changed her mind when we did not trust she would honor her word and filed a complaint with the BBB."
