"Does a good job of cutting and styling hair at a reasonable price, but you'll need to get past her rude and abrupt behavior, and the lack of clear communication. Adding to my review after using Thuy's services again: This time she was not just extremely rude, but also callous. The curling iron synged the tip of my ear, and when I told her about it she just shrugged it off! She also did a terrible job of the highlights - my hair was dry and brittle for a long time after the treatment, and she didn't color the white roots thoroughly. Not going back to her again. The person who had originally recommended her to me has also stopped going to her because of similar issues."
