"So my usual policy with new salons is to wait a day or two before I review. Just so I can really get a sense of what my new hair is going to look like without all the styling- see if I really like it you know? I don’t need to do that here. Because Kim was AMAZING. She was so kind. She actually listened to me and respected what I told her in regards to my hair- how proud I was of the length, the curls, ect. She answered all of my questions with respect and honesty and I’ve never had a better experience at a salon. My hair looks incredible too! The ends are so smooth, my curls are so bouncy!!
