"DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYEBROW WAXING! I don’t usually review places but I want to save everyone from having their eyebrows waxed off. They may be good at hair but I’ll never find out because I will never return. I just went in to get my eyebrows cleaned up, it’s very simple. I am a qualified beauty therapist but I’ve always struggled with doing my own eyebrows so I like to go out and get them done but I have NEVER had someone wax them so poorly. I believe I even booked with a manager to make sure I’d get good service but it was by far the worst waxing I’ve ever gotten. My eyebrows are extremely uneven and she took way to much off, they look absolutely terrible. She did so poorly I’m now self conscious of my brows and I will not leave the house without makeup until they grow back. I will never ever be returning. It was a waste of money and I am so disappointed in the service. I urge you not to get your eyebrows waxed here it may be less expensive but not worth it at all!! Just go to ulta or absolutely anywhere else. Update: I have found out that my appointment was not with the manager even though I had booked with Ana (the manager) online. I was brought back and was not told who I was with or offered to reschedule with the manager that is extremely unprofessional."

"Evelin did such a fantastic job on my hair! I came in with a terrible haircut from another salon and my layers, shape etc were not right. She took her time to cut my curly hair correctly and showed me all of the issues with the previous haircut I got elsewhere. Thank you so much for fixing my hair and making it look good!"

"I absolutely love going to this salon. I worked with Lisa and she was so much fun! My hair looks incredible! Check out the picture. She touched up my balayage by adding more highlights throughout and gave me a little bit of a cut and style. Lisa will be doing hair and makeup for my bridal party at my upcoming wedding because I love working with her so much. I can’t wait! She has become a friend and I will definitely be returning to her when a touch up is needed."

"I loved my experience at Bellarosa! The staff are very personable, friendly and very fun to talk to throughout the entire appointment. I’m usually hesitant to cut my hair because in the past I’ve left with people over cutting my hair. But this time I was so happy to maintain my long hair , get rid of the awful split ends and get a new style (because Tik Tok made me do it!) The products used on my hair left my hair shiny, silky, smooth and smelling so good! Overall loved the experience and will definitely be going back! Thank you Bellarosa for the amazing care!"
