"I use the app to book my appointments and figure out where I'm in line. According to the app. I was next. That didn't happen. I went from a 3 minute wait and next to a 12 minute wait and next again. The haircut needed adjustment it was off."

I told the lady I did wanted to cut all of the damage hair and told I didn't my hair to be too short and she explain to me everything she was going to do and around the same length of my hair. Now I love my hair it still long and healthy. My husbend he liked his hair cut as well. I highly recommend!"
"The employees at the store are really nice and they do a great job. This store is always extraordinarily busy and has a super long wait. I don't understand why they can't add another stylist. You would think they would make more money and have a better customer experience. I always peek at the Tri-Cities locations and they have like a half an hour wait.. Down here however, we are always at longer than a 2-hour wait and they are not accepting online reservations. Very frustrating customer experience."
