"My hair was done for the first time at this salon and for the first time by Heather, and I'm 100% here to sing her praises so if you are looking for every reason as to why to go to her, here you go: Heather is off the bat so personable, not just friendly, but really relieved my anxiety the minute I sat in her chair. She is also very open to collabing and communication with not just you but her fellow stylists, while she may have 25 years of experience she isn't afraid to connect and ensure she is doing everything in her power to give you your hair goals. I explained in detail why I felt so nervous and anxious and she made me feel right at home and blew my expectations out of the water. She did not make me feel guilty or weird when I asked price, gave me all the needed information and possible added costs, it's (sarcasm coming up so be aware) almost like she knows how expensive it can be to get your hair done but manages to not make you feel bad for having a budget. (End of sarcasm) Mind blown!!! I will admit I actually teared up in her chair when I saw my end results because she gave me reasonable expectations and said how about we add some magic. The integrity of my hair and the finishing color is well above what I could have hoped for. I don't often leave reviews, especially in this kind of details but she deserves every word and praise. Give this girl your hair and time and she will NOT waste it."

"Ya'll... courtney put her hands on my head and worked magic! 1st hair apt since losing my hair and it getting shorter length! Thank you!! Before i started chemo I got my hair done and purple put in for stage 3 lymphoma! She put 2 peekaboos of purple and I love ittttt.. cant wait to slowly go blonder!"

"It all started off great. Ashley was nice and I showed her pictures of what I wanted. We head over and do a shampoo and get started. This is where it went downhill. I can’t really see that well cause I wasn’t wearing my glasses. She starts cutting my hair and when she got to the front, started cutting, what honestly looks, like a lot of hair off. My hair ended up layered, which wasn’t ideal, and super choppy. My appointment started at 10am and I was done and out the door by 10:20am. For $45 I would expect a far better haircut. I won’t be coming back here and I’m still waiting to hear about getting a partial refund. I’ll have pictures of my hair attached and a few of the pictures I showed her. Honestly not thrilled. I’ll have to grow my hair out from another bad haircut."

"The salon itself is bright and welcoming. Kim did my hair with painfully little direction. Since I have an upcoming meeting we decided on what I call conservative funk. Great job. Next time blond with colors. I am a happy customer."
