"The Underground is far and away the best steakhouse I have ever been to in my entire life. The stakes are absolutely top-notch, and are served with a mushroom medley with roasted whole cloves of garlic that alone are worth going for, and they add such a huge amount of character and flavor to the steaks they're served with. Particularly noteworthy is the lobster bisque. This is about as perfect as soup as I've ever had, with amazing flavor, and lots of large chunks of perfectly-cooked lobster. As is the case with most high-end steakhouses, the steaks are sold a la carte. The side dishes are huge; big enough to share with a whole table. They're also extremely affordable considering the low price and the huge portion size. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, and attentive. It is highly recommended to make reservations, especially on the weekends, because this place can fill up quickly. It is also among the best places I've ever been to see a jazz show, with excellent seating, very appropriate volume levels, and extremely talented performers. I really cannot speak highly enough about The Underground. It has rapidly become one of my favorite places to go for a night out. Since my original visit, I've been back half a dozen times. Each time, the service has been absolutely superb! The food is CONSISTENTLY perfect; perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. I seriously cannot express how absolutely perfect an establishment The Underground is."

"This place is one of those hidden gems for some great steaks. Its like a speakeasy vibe with live music. This time, we ordered our food family style so we can try a bit of everything. Their All The Things (bread board) is a great appetizer to get to share with the group. We ordered the Tomahawk, Porterhouse, Dry Aged ribeye, Snake River Farms Bavette, and Imperial Teres for our main entrees. We also ordered a handful of sides, with the Mac and cheese being my favorite. The service was good and attentive."

"Great experience. Went for my birthday last night and really good drinks. I loved the Green Fairy! Cool presentation and delicious. The Bone marrow bread was delicious and so was my tomawk steak. Great atmosphere and service, will go back for sure! +Update: Went back last night for my anniversary and it was an outstanding experience. They gave us some champagne when we first got there. Went a bit earlier and service was outstanding. Things came out super quick and were delicious! Bartender came over at one point and made me and off menu cocktail. Music was Also pleasant and just a great vibe. Will be back for sure!"
