I should have looked for the license when I entered the shop because it appeared the stylist didn't know what a large round brush was nor how to use it with a blow dryer much less a flat iron or any contemporary styling techniques. I walked out of there with a concrete head full of frizzy looking hair not the bouncy look I would it went in there for at all."
