"I scheduled an appointment, while on the phone I explained what services I wanted, as well as how my natural hair was. I was told she could do it, all for me to arrive and have the lady to tell me "sorry can't work with your hair bye". COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Very unprofessional on thier end. I am very unsatisfied with how this went down. I would give zero stars if I could. Ridiculous."
"Wife made an appointment they had her sitting there for 40 min nobody showed, then Erica told her she was pulling up 20min later she said she's stuck at kinkos! Then she said she'll do her hair in the a.m and still never called or answered the phone..Bad Business My wife is a traveling nurse and had her coworkers ready to get there hair done also, her loss."
"I booked an appointment with Erika, she tried to cancel my appointment when I arrived at the salon! She then put in my weave and only used 1,5 bundles, she basically did just enough to look ok and combed my hair in a way that covered it. When I realized a few days after, I called and she said I should come in to fix it but when I tried to book an appointment, she never replied! Never going back! Unprofessional!!"
