"It's always nerve wracking to try a new salon , but Elizabeth was amazing ! Before our appointment she sent me detailed instructions on parking and how to access the salon which eased my anxiety. Elizabeth was really thorough and educated in our consultation and also had wonderful price transparency. She was super sweet and knowledgeable through the color and cut and really made sure we were on the same page with the end result . Elizabeth even checked in with me a few days later to see how I was liking my hair which was really nice! Overall I had a lovely experience with her and enjoyed her strong communication . The salon is adorable as well. Highly recommend !"
