"My experience with this shop was the worst experience I have ever had with any shop. The "manager" was very rude not just me but to other customers as well. The sign in system doesn't work. By the time someone stopped cutting another customers hair and came to the front desk 3 other people on line where added to the list in front of me. Needless to say I will never be going back."
"There is no guarantee for your spot in their store. I set two appointments, the first one, when I got to the store it was closed at 3 PM. The next day, when I got to store they said we are closing (one hour before their official closing time). Never going back to this place."
