"I did not get a very personable stylist, unfortunately. Her name was Michelle she is the owner, and she was cold and seemed to not want to work with my hair. Repeating often, she did not expect it to be so thick. The blowout I received unfortunately made my hair very flat.. my mother and grandmother were with me as the appointment was to get my hair done for my reception and they both agreed my hair had more volume and looked better when I'd walked in before anything was done. At the end, I gave her a 100$ bill, and she asked me if I wanted change back. The service was 50 dollars, and she thought she deserved a 50 dollar tip... maybe she was just not having a good one that day, I'm not sure."
"I just recently got my hair done by Jennie and I can't say enough good things about the experience. I've always struggled getting my hair done because of how thick it is, stylist either don't know how to go about it or they get lazy half way through. Not Jennie! She took her time and never took any short cuts even though a lot of my coloring needed to be corrected after my last botched hair appointment (different salon). I had brown hair with blonde highlights that were horribly done, super bronzy and streaky. But Jennie did exactly what I asked, got me to a lighter ashy brown/blonde shade and colored me perfectly so those streaks were gone! She also did an amazing job toning my hair so there was absolutely no orange tint afterwards, which is honesty super impressive considering how dark my hair was and the shade I left the salon with! I've never left a salon feeling like the stylist heard what I wanted and gave it to me. She was also super nice and friendly. I will definitely be going back. 5 out of 5 stars from me :)))"
