"Nisa (Nail Me Good) was SO horrifically rude and unprofessional when dealing with me. I had an appointment booked with her MONTHS in advance just for me to wake up early, drive an HOUR to see her, and have her turn me away at the door bc she “doesn’t do long nails”. ?? You’re a NAIL TECH??? And mind you, I had booked a “long fill”….why offer things on your books you “can’t” do? Then she proceeds to hop on social media after the fact and post about not how she CAN’T do long nails, but instead “doesn’t want to bc it takes her too long”. Lol wouldn’t that be great if we could all just turn away work bc we’re too lazy to do our job? She wouldn’t have dared said it to my face, but I knew she was just too lazy instead of incapable. Horrid experience. Save your time and go to someone who actually values their clients and the clients time…..Nisa sure only cares about herself."
