"I want to start by telling Ed Reese at insurance lounge “Thank You”. Ed was an advocate for me from the start, when I felt that I didn’t have a fighting chance in my situation. Here is the back story. I had recently changed insurance companies because the underwriters wouldn’t allow me to remove my ex boyfriend or my son to renew my insurance, so I started shopping around. I went to insurance lounge and got a new company and was happily pleased. Still expensive, but reasonable. I called one day to make my payment and low and behold they added my ex and son back to my policy without contacting me and asking questions. I was furious and felt that from my own personal record that they would not make me feel as I was lying or cheating the system. I called very upset, maybe a little too upset. Ed calmed me down. Long story short; After long conversations and a lot of work on Ed’s part he prevailed and saved the day. If you need an advocate and someone to fight for your truth then this is who you need to go see at the insurance lounge. I will always refer this gentleman for all Your insurance needs. It’s been a pleasure working with him and this company. Thank you for being a voice and fighting for me."
