"Drove all the way in from seaside for them to tell me when I arrived, 13 mins before my appointment, that they are missing one of the ingredients and can't do the treatment. Appointment was made 2 weeks ago more than enough time to know if you have the product or not."

"Beautiful studio in the downtown area! I’ve been a client of Andrea a few times and she has delivered each time. Prices are super reasonable too. Highly recommend."

"Vinnie does a great job with my curly hair. I am always nervous to find a new hair dresser, but she does excellent work and the salon has great prices. Would highly recommend!"

"This place damaged my wife’s hair. My wife provided pictures of how she wanted her hair done and she was very clear with the stylist if she could give her those results. The stylist assured she could give her the results in the pictures my wife provided and would fix it if there were any issues. Her hair was to have bright chunky blonde highlights but her hair turned out gray and now she looks old. The stylist also failed to wash out the all chemical and now my wife’s hair is breaking and falling off. Contacted the stylist and she passed us over to the owner instead of resolving the issue herself. Spoke to the owner and asked her how can we resolve this but the owner said they would not fix it or refund the money. She blamed my wife and said it was her fault for miscommunication to the stylist about what she wanted. My wife was very clear on what she wanted and even provided several pictures. The owner said she would have to come back in and pay for another session. We already paid $253 and did not get what was paid for. This company refused to help resolve the issue and also said that our request for resolution was harassment and then she hung up on us. We contacted our credit card company and the charge is being disputed and from what we explained to them they agree. This place has horrible customer service and does not value their customers. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau. In response to owners response below. All lies! We did not scream at you. Are you serious? We did not call and speak with you 8 times either. My wife called once for the stylist to call her back which she never did but instead sent her an Instagram message hours later telling her to speak to the owner. She spoke to the owner and was refused a refund or fixing her hair. I spoke to the owner twice. Once to verify her answer that she was not willing to help fix my wife’s hair or give a refund and the second time which was a day later to let her know that my wife’s hair is now breaking and falling off. As my wife was explaining the situation the owner would not let my wife talk and kept interrupting her implying that they did everything right. She did not even try to listen and hear my wife out. My wife told her to please let her talk so she can explain what the stylist did wrong but she would not hear it and instead the owner told my wife that this was harassment. If calling a business to get resolution for services not rendered is harassment then what they did to my wife’s hair and her emotions is assault. Also, how can you say you always do best for your clients? Then why is my wife’s hair breaking apart? You say you always double wash but obviously you didn’t. Chemical was left in her hair which caused her hair to start breaking apart. Her hair is ruined. I mean seriously, the owner needs to learn how to treat and take care of her customers. We regret ever giving this salon a shot. We only went there because all the good salons were booked out and she needed to get her hair done before a specific date and this was the only salon with availability. Now we know why. Update: My wife went to see a friend of hers that was a teacher at Aveda Institute and she found out that the full weave she paid for was not a full weave. The stylist only did a partial weave. New pictures added to show. Her friend was able to fix the color and take the gray out but she could do anything else because her hair was so damaged. Update: We won the dispute and the full amount paid has been credited. A piece of advice, always use your credit card. You never know when you’re going to deal with a shady business."
