"Terrible experience. Sherri had a flood at the salon so offered to come to me. Twice. Then no showed twice. Gave multiple excuses why she didn't show up two days in a row. This left me with no chance to get my hair done elsewhere for my birthday and professional pics I had planned. Shame on you Sherri! You should treat your customers with much more respect! I was only in town for 4 days total and she just wasted my time for half of that. After not showing up twice, her excuses were that she was "sick", had a "family emergency", and "no cell reception"- they kept changing to cover her story. SO disappointed that Sherri ruined my chance to get my hair done for my birthday and pictures. There are alot of choices in Seaside...don't chose Sherri!"

"On a girls weekend trip, we decided at the last minute to find a place to get 2 manicures and a haircut. The owner was lovely! She managed to work us in. She took great care of us! We felt welcome, unrushed and like we'd known her for years. We will definitely be back again!!"

"Dee Dee is amazing!!! She has officially stolen me from my regular place. I drove the half hr to get my nails done here after my nail place could not take cards and I needed to pay with my cc. She was amazing. She took her time, we talked, and laughed. She didnt cut my fingers up like a lot of places do. She is reasonably priced and actually cheaper then the place I usually go. She gained a new client and I will forever go to her now."

"Bottom line is I looked great and married the love of my life... Because weddings are insane and Murphy's law... I've made a habit of calling to confirm all my reservations at least once a month. I had an engagement of over a year long and made appointments several months in advance! I have a ton of hair, so my normal stylist suggested I do a hair trial to make sure everything will be on time and run smoothly the day of... By this time I have called to confirm this appointment 3 times. Day of: I call down, excited because I got out of work early, and just left town! It is a 2.5 hour drive!!! I am told I am not on the books. .. after 3 phone calls and i am sure alot of shuffling they were able to fit me in!!! I was able to meet my wedding day stylist, everyone was very nice!!! I felt right at home and knew I was in great hands! she really new her stuff haha. at the end of the appointment she took pictures so she could recreate the hair the day of! She even pinned my hair up further just because i was going to a fair afterwards, to be more of an updo out of my face! the stylist did tell me since i had so much hair i would need the full 2 hours to do the wedding hair. the getting ready appointment was 5 stars! attached I have the inspiration photo but I wanted less of a bump! And a selfie of me in the red of the after trial photo. The day of my wedding. I arrive on time, I am told my stylist if running late but someone else will start my hair since its just curling, I am even offered wine! they treated my bridesmaids and myself like queens! the person curling my hair normally down nails, was a little slow but she did a great job so oh well! I was getting a little stressed that no one had started my hair 20 minutes in, after being told prior i needed the full 2 hours.. but the other lady did arrive and start the irons to heat them up, then to eventually curl my hair. my Hair stylist didn't arrive for over a half hour. Once she did arrive I thought everything was going to go smoothly after that! she was unable to find the picture of the trial.. my bridesmaid stood to try and help her find it, but quickly sat back down upon seeing NSFW photos instead (it was her personal phone but....). I was disappointed because I drove all the way down for the trial apparently for nothing but shes a professional I figured oh well as long as we can recreate what we discussed previously. I wanted smooth in front and rest of hair pulled back in a half up and curled... i wanted elegant, a little soft curls in front, and swooping to one side.. see red picture. I am clock watching like crazy to get to my makeup in time before the photographer arrives!!! When the stylist finishes I am less then thrilled. its very Prom. which is fine, its was pretty, not what was discussed or planed but, it looked great and bottom line was a married my best friend. If i had had more time to sit, i am CERTAIN that we could have recreated the look perfectly. but due to unforeseen circumstances on the stylist part i missed out on the time i was supposed to have. I'm not the bride zilla type, normally i would drop it completely, i wouldst even be writing it if i wasn't told to... I would rather not freak out and cause a scene..but having to settle on my hair was a huge hit. my hair has always been my favorite feature about myself, what makes me feel the most confident.. and to have to settle due to time constraints on the one thing i actually wanted to go right... was not great. I came down for a trial for nothing and paid full price for something i didn't want, i got out of the salon within a minute of the full 2 hours, if i had had her fix it to what was discussed previously I would have been late to my wedding. Finally i have attached photos of the finally result, again bottom line it did look great :) just not planned, and I married my best friend."
