A while back I switched pharmacies specifically because of how rude the staff were, but the newer staff have made picking up prescriptions easy and comfortable!"
"I called at least 20 times to talk to a pharmacist and no one picked up. I called the other line for merchandise to see if someone can get the phone to a pharmacist and they hung up. Clearly this is an issue that they won’t fix because they simply don’t care if you’re in pain or not. I have strep and I’m trying to see if my antibiotics are ready but no one wants to answer. Do better rite aid you clearly don’t care about people’s health"
