"Transitioning from Tesla insurance, where I was covered through the brand (with multiple speeding tickets from the last 5 years) I was nervous about standard insurance after purchasing my Audi SUV. Alicia was very attention to detail oriented for my policy and offered me everything I could have attached, including my gf as a second driver as she will also use the vehicle. The process was easy and streamline...and just when I though all was done and well, the owner of the All Trails office, Lauren reached out on a Saturday, after taking time to look on his own at my policy and confirm that my gf added had an even deeper savings to the policy! Now I'm paying less than my Tesla insurance, while supporting local buisness!! They've earned a long term customer and we're very happy!"
