"I came to the store and they wouldn’t let me in. Even though the store was not closed yet. They employees were holding the door as to not let anyone in because they were trying to go home before the store actually closes at 9pm. Terrible service and the man holding the door was so rude and wouldn’t even speak to me. He just shook his head and held the door. Will never be back here especially because the neighborhood is so sketchy and felt incredibly unsafe."
"When I was trying to check out at this store #5032 today 1/20/24 around 1:30 pm, I heard the manager wendy yelling, screaming and cussing at the employees as well as some customers. She literally made at least 5 people cry and was screaming in her crying employees face. The employees were obviously afraid for their safety from her and I thought she was going to attack somebody. The most disgusting attitude towards people I have ever seen. I can't believe that she is the manager with her terrible people skills and complete and total disregard for anybody else. It amazes me how somebody who obviously does not have a shred of sympathy became a manager. She made me afraid to ever go back to that store."
