Five Guys

"It's difficult to enjoy eating a burger anywhere else after enjoying the five guys experience. I love every bite of their cheeseburgers. The Johnson Creek location in Portland Oregon is always clean, fully staffed and condiments are fresh and plentiful. They also have fresh peanuts to munch on while you wait for your food. If you drink soda pop you will not be disappointed, their selection is far superior to 7/11. They literally have more drinks available than I knew existed. I simply love Five Guys food. Oh and the staff is friendly and are never bothered if we change our order or add something. The only thing I'm not fond of at Five Guys is how bright it is inside. I know it's not a pub. No matter, I will return again and again."

"Got the food how I ordered that wasn't an issue. Asked the staff for a fork 5 times only to keep being asked what and then asking what for. I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger but decided to just use a fork to eat. I got mad after saying I would like a utensil to eat with and she responded with sir putting her hand up. I told the lady never mind forget I even asked and walked out. I was not being rude to her but the fact you have to ask so many times for something so simple blew my mind. Will I be back or recommend I honestly am not sure at this point because that was ridiculous honestly. I do not eat out much and this is only adds to the reasons on not going out anymore. The food was good as it always has been at 5 guys but the service was horrible. And no I was not being unreasonable or a Karen of all things I was just asking for a simple fork."

"I had heard so many good things, but it was just meh. I think if the service was better and the restaurant cleaner, it would be a 4. Cashier gal got my partner's order wrong. Every table was dirty. Floor was sticky. Burger was good. Fries were okay...not my style. For the price, $30, we were disappointed."

"Ordered via google. Arrived 545p as promised for pick up. Milkshakes and fries get made when arriving. Took 35 mins for that. People arriving after we did got their orders before we did so burgers were quite as fresh. So be mindful when pre-ordering. We finally did get the full order after 35 min wait so enjoyed the milkshakes on the way home."

"A very good burger, a step above the average fast food place, and the fresh fries are fantastic. Everything is cooked fresh to order, which means it may take a little longer to get your food, but that's okay because they give you unlimited free shelled peanuts to eat while you're waiting. They have a big variety of toppings, including sauteed mushrooms, and all can be added to your burger at no extra charge which is really nice. On the other hand, if you're taking your children there, who likes their nurgers almost plain, it does make things seem pretty overpriced. A family of 4 can easily drop 50 bucks for lunch, or even more."
