"Update: slightly better now. The customer service has gone up. If they're out of hot food, they'll warm it up for you. ***(1 year old review: Ok food but the manager/bosses friend or brother is bad at his job. Only does the bare minimum requirements and lacks customer service skills greatly. Place needs better management for sure. The hot food's still good at least, that is when it's actually stocked in time. If it's not and you get that employee I was talking about, don't expect him to warm some up for you unless it's pizza.)***"

"My son is a regular customer at this store. He purchased 4 items this afternoon and the clerk lost count so he accused my son of stealing as he loaded his bag. The clerk yelled out that my son was "pulling a fast one" in front of customers and the manager.The clerk then double charged him for the last item. The manager did nothing except laugh. My son left without arguing because he was embarrassed and angry. 7-11 needs to clean house here!"

"This place is someone's hobby and not a real business. Don't expect anything but what you get, or don't get. Even before Covid, over half the time when you pull up to get gas and you sit for over 10 minutes, and nothing. Other cars pull up to pumps, and nothing. And there are no customers inside, no one pumping gas, and no one behind the counter. Weirdest thing, but any type of customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority here. Gives 7-11 a bad name."

"Just had a bad encounter at this 7-11, I stopped to buy 4 cups of coffee to go. I asked the clerk for a drink carrier and he gave me one that held 2 cups. I asked for a second one and he said NO, he said that the drink holders were for "to go orders only" I asked if I could buy one and he said NO, the clerk lacked reasonable customer service skills. He further told me that he had worked at the store for a year and they had never had drink holders like I had explained to him when asking. As I was leaving with 2 cups in a carrier and carrying 2 I told him that see a second holder would be helpful and he just glared at me. I will not be shopping at this store again"

"I’ve been to a lot of 7-11’s and this one is by far my favorite. The staff is friendly and likable. It’s extremely clean, and they were extremely helpful when the chip in my debit card died and the machine didn’t like my card. This is my go-to for quick stops. The selection is good and the food is self serve so I don’t have to ask somebody to grab a bunch of taquitos for me, I can just load up a box and tell them what I got at checkout. The worst experience I had was waiting 10 minutes for a system reboot, which wasn’t even unpleasant because they have so much random stuff to peruse and they’re so polite and friendly to deal with. Love these guys, I’ve been going to this store for 2 years now."
