"Ended up way over paying for a trailer. They keep talking about their warranties and how great they are but not once do they say what the cost is or show you the cost. We never saw the breakdown of charges for the purchase. Their warranties cost us an additional 28%. And no they cannot all be cancelled (even though they kept saying they could be). They neglect to mention that only some of the policies they sign you up for can be cancelled. And you have to go through the dealership to cancel who tries to talk you out of it and won't take no for an answer. You also don't confirmation of the cancellation. They send that to the dealership and you have to request it from the dealership. Save yourself some money and go else where. They are not honest at all and are why people don't trust dealerships."

"I’m 23, me and my lady have put some thought into “what if we had a trailer” for a good while, and decided to go look and see what all the hype is really about or if it’d even be for us. We went in with a blunt approach of “just here to look and learn, not ready to buy” and that’s exactly how we were treated. Trevor in particular helped us learn a LOT about the different kinds of trailers, layouts, bells and Whistles, and a bunch more. Not at any time was I pressured into “do you want to buy as soon as” or “let’s put in your information today and see what you COULD get!”. Trevor ended up leaving a great impression on us after all was said and done. He gave us a lot of useful information, answered my questions, gave me personal takes on designs and features, took the time to show us and explain different elements on mobile homes, was very friendly and genuine, and by the end of it, it had really changed the outlook we had on what we thought we wanted.
