BOBAHEAD - West 11

"Ive been going here on basically a weekly basis for about a year now and love it. They've always gotten my order right and typically it comes out very quickly. My regular order is lavender milk tea with 25% sugar and tapioca boba. I love that they use stamp cards so I have the ability to get a free drink after spending so much money. I do wish they would switch to an online reward system like Fivestars so I wouldn't have to carry the card wherever I go. I took off one star because they recently changed their cups and logo and I liked the old one better. It also seems like the boba got smaller since the last time I went. One more reason is that I have been having a hard time tasting the lavender flavor lately, so it tastes like I'm just drinking a cup of milk. I would like to give a shoutout to the girls who asked a car to get in the back of the line when they entered the "do not enter" driveway to the shopping center and cut half the drive through line."

"Waited nearly an hour in the drive-thru when there weren't even that many cars ahead of us. I have noticed service progressively getting worse lately at this location. Was hoping it was just a one-time thing or someone having a bad day, but it seems the employees don't really care to give prompt service. Having worked in service, I understand for a sit-down service delays happen but drive-thru service is drive-thru for a reason. Probably the last time I'll be coming here for my after-work refreshment. I can't afford to sit in my car for that long for a barely-above-average boba tea, and neither can anyone else! It also leaves a sour taste in one's mouth when brazenly asked for a tip after all that."

"I walked in the store when there was only one car in the Drive-Thru and they proceeded to help three more cars that popped up in the Drive-Thru after I had already been waiting to make my order just to find out that they didn't have any boba made"

"Only reason you got 3 on food is my daughter liked her drink as she has wanted to try this drink. Otherwise 0 or preferably negative stars across the board. No human interaction other than the staff calling my name. No staff to take order all done by the customer. Not a single staff said hello or welcome in. Not to me or any of the other people who walked in behind me. As a food manager my Cafe staff greet every guest who walks in."
