Dutch Bros Coffee

"Stopped by last night in the evening, golden eagles have been my biggest pregnancy craving, we bought a small carmelizer and golden eagle, as always the woman taking the orders was friendly. We paid and got our drinks, mine tasted straight like milk and my husband said his didn’t have much flavor eithier. I turned on my car light inside to try and mix my drink to see if the flavoring was just stuck in the ice but to my surprise my whole cup was ice. Not even a nails length from the rim of the cup, 5 gulps and I felt like I was just robbed from the whole drink. I’ve never had an experience like that before when visiting Dutch and was pretty bummed. Maybe for future orders say less ice? Even then I think they short your drink"

"Being new to Oregon, this was my first visit to a Dutch Brothers coffee. I made it a point to go to the walk-up window so I can take my time studying the menu. Courtney went out of her way to explain all their drinks and how they were made. I have never had better customer service than I did with Courtney. She is amazing. By the way, the chocolate banana blended "freeze" is delicious,"

"I probably forgot to say freeze. When I seemed disappointed my drink was hot. They fixed it and gave me the drink I wasn't fond of but I was able to gift it to a good friend who loves their coffee. Everytime I go in customer service is great and the baristas are friendly."
