"Healthy Active Nutrition is a nice place in the community. Great after a workout or when I break my 16:8 fast. Those waffles are hard to beat for a flavorful, filling 30 grams of quality protein. The nutritious herb teas are good during my fasting window. There is a mango protein drink that's a go to on hot days. It really hits the spot after a long walk. The service is great. I always feel welcome. The owners and their staff are really great people. Sometimes I hang out and do some of my reading there."
