"Went through the drive through yesterday, they completely missed a sandwich so I had to go in to pay for the 2nd one after telling them before paying they had forgotten a sandwich. Went again today and decided to go in to avoid confusion, stood at the register for 5 minutes while multiple employees walked by doing nothing, yet nobody would take my order."
"Their food is never warm enough when I order. Don't go inside when the kiosk is closed. No one will help you. I always ask for extra onion, but never get it. Today 01/22/24 I went inside to order. Kiosk closed, stood at the counter to be looked at and ignored. They know nothing about customer service"
