Since he was too busy to fix my engine (which needed a major overhaul) he sent me to an excellent local Subaru mechanic and even took the time to explain what he found on my request. My favorite part was when he showed me what was wrong with my car using a dismantled engine he was currently working on in his shop. Robby is a born teacher and his explanation was crystal clear.
