"24 hrs after picking up my Tesla Model 3. I had Crew Custom tint my windows. I picked the most expensive tint. A few weeks after the install i noticed small bubbles from dust / hair and other fibers. Jason said this was "normal", gave me a squeegee and said I can fix it myself. About 5 weeks later, larger bubbles appeared along the defroster. I went back and asked him to fix it by replacing the film, or pull all the tint off and give me a refund (since i don't expect a full refund and keep the tint). He refused even though the film has a lifetime warranty, all he kept saying is, it's "normal" or "There's a defect in my car causing the bubbles" They tried to offer me a $200 refund and keep the film on, but the tint job was so horrible that I ended up paying another shop to remove the film and have new tint install. The quality of work is by far much better. (I'm not going to mention the name of the other shop, but you can see in my review history which shop it is and how much happier I was). Being told that removing the film could cause damage to the defroster was just an excuse since the other shop had no issues with it. I'll let you decide if you think his work is good or not for $600+. Imagine 30+ of these bubbles on the back windows and a few in each window."

"Really great service and friendly owners. Made an appointment for my 2003 Honda Civic and even though my old tint looked terrible and was flaking, they were easily able to get it removed and quickly replaced the new tint. I stayed for the process and was able to come back and chat to ask questions on the process and the area since we are new to the Portland metro area. Would recommend anyone go here for their tinting needs."
