Dutch Bros Coffee

"I have never been disappointed by any Dutch Bros location, and have always been very happy with both products and service, but this specific location manages, somehow, to stand out even above the rest. All broistas everywhere seem to be some of the happiest and friendliest service providers of any industry, but this location somehow manages to have people who are just that extra bit above. I have no idea how they do it, but I am happy they do!"

"as an ex Dutch bros employee who use to manage one it made me happy to see the speed quality and service I received tonight. This guy was solo tonight and was absolutely killing it he made the cars order in front of me pretty fast(they ordered like 4 smoothies) and was able to make my rebel just as fast while maintaining a clean workspace and positive attitude. I didn’t catch his name but he deserves a big ol shout out for sure!!"

"I was posting a review of my recent experience when I accidentally hit post, I wasnt done, so here goes. The worker walked away mid-sentence. I said that was rude, but she couldn't hear me, my vocal cords have been very strained and my voice no longer carries or gets loud. She was finished with the customer at the other window and walked back and said "next time you come in, request it to be double blended" there probably wont be a next time at this location! Again I tried telling her that I have the same drink and I have never had to have it double blended, she started talking over me, I asked her if she always argued with customers, she said she wasn't arguing, then ducked behind something out of the view of the window! The other worker asked if I wanted her to make a new one, I said yes. The thing is, that she fixed so fast that I didn't have time to blink, but she shook the new one and asked if that wad still too watery, "yes" she offered a refund, but couldn't fund my order. I sat for less than 5 mins and told her not to worry about it! So I left! I won't be going back to that one. The worker that was so snotty to me wad probably early 20's with black hair!"

"The staff are always ready friendly and the coffees are great! Lots of sugar free syrups available which is a nice change. Usually pretty quick to make the coffees and usually there are app promos for extra points, yay!"

"Twice visited, twice disappointed at the unattentivness of the gentleman working the window. I'll spare the drama and boil it down to, "did you have the chai tea latte" and i answered, "no, we didn't order a chai tea latte", followed by one of the baristas saying, "nobody ordered a chai tea latte""
