"All Employees are happy and service is great. Try to cut the grandkids down but they know the building and want there drink. I don't like the flat tops for they spill onto clothes and can't get the whip that was a favorite of the coffee , we miss the bean which I had to buy at the chefs store in Medford but this coffee is yummy."
"Drinks were good but the staff was not happy or lively like I remember them. With only 3 cars total and 2 people working, it took us about 10 minutes before we could get up to place our order. After seeing the staff looking depressed/tired or unhappy, I could see why orders were slower. I tip every time I go but they were just out of it today. Not very friendly or talkative but I still tipped them. Hopefully they just had an off Day"
