"Do not eat here. When you order food and they say it will be there at a certain time it will not be. Horrible customer service. Was taking a personal call in the background when I was on the phone trying to find out when my pizza would be arriving. Update: after 90 mins of waiting my pizza showed up only to be the wrong pizza. Come on guys the job is not hard and you make damn good money to do that job!!! 3 hours to receive the correct pizza. Come on and do better Round Table!!!!"
"My sons basketball team had a pizza party so I ordered our food in advance and it was supposed to be ready when we got there or very soon after. After about 30 minutes of waiting and a few other families that ordered when they arrived and had already had their food and we still did not, my husband went to check and instead of bringing it to our table like they do and had for everyone (that's the reason they gave us a number) they had boxes it up and just had it sitting on the counter--- not the end of the world but was a little frustrating. The lady at the counter was nice but got very flustered very quickly as more people arrived. I love round table pizza but wish I had been able to eat it as soon as it was ready instead of it sitting in the box on the counter for over 30 mins."
"Owners need to evaluate staff and management for proper customer service. We were there after the lunch rush with only one other couple, seated. It felt like their clean-up or prep in the back was more important than paying attention to us. We had to get up and open the employee door to catch someone's attention after waiting several minutes for the wine we ordered. Then, when we were ready to leave, we had to do the same thing to get to-go boxes. Honestly, I have never experienced that poor of service from any of our local Round Table Pizza locations before. It has always been satisfactory in the past. I hope this helps."
