"It was Friday, these things always happen on Fridays, and the leg on one of the front jacks on the 5th wheel gave up the ghost. Called Tony after finding him on-line. Said to bring it in and he would take a look and possibly get to it on Monday. Excellent from my point of view, although wouldn't be able to disconnect until the jack was fixed. Took it in, talked with Tony and one of his guys. They looked for the part, which they weren't sure they even had. Found one in amongst the uncatalogued inventory. Tony had another of his guys install the part and problem solved. Everyone was so nice, friendly, accommodating, helpful, and so very considerate to help us on Friday afternoon what with all their other work going on. Can't recommend Tony and his guys enough. Real princes. From now on we'll schedule all of our breakdowns and urgent glitches when we're in this neck of the woods. We're from Alberta in the frozen north. But they're that good to deal with. Thanks everyone. No wonder we like to visit Oregon."

"Discovered a problem while camping nearby and called after hours to leave a message asking if they could help me the next day. Promptly the next morning the call was returned and was told to come by and they'd look at it. When I arrived they immediatley put one of their people on it and it was fixed in 15 minutes. Excellent service by both Tony and his crew. We very much appreciate the prompt response and service and getting us back on the road so quickly. Thank you!!"

"We had a list of 5 motor home RV repair and service shops from Coos Bay to Florence and Bend Oregon, lucky for us we stopped by and seen Tony first. After meeting Tony and talking to locals with reference to his business we didn't have to look any further! We had a major water leak a few shops in our home of Phoenix said they fixed or couldn't find that became a problem. We opted to have some remodeling done after getting the leak fixed, all new flooring and furniture in the living area. We wanted it done right so the few extra days in the shop wasn't a problem for us, and Tony and his crew made it just that, right! My wife Beverly was so pleased she was brought to tears at the unveiling...awesome job guys! I will return whenever within 500 miles if ever I need anything else done to the motor home. Tony's recommendation for furniture and flooring was also well worth it, we are very happy campers."
