"Did I make these men uncomfortable as I hyper-analyzed everything they did for a review and committed it to memory for learning and repeating purposes? Absolutely! Did they do a good job? Only 1 scratch a perfectionist like me would've seen. These individuals are mobile and I highly recommend their services and already have a few times, and you should too! Why? They have my windshield from a very unique car that is. What car you may ask? Well, that violates my anonymity, and I will not be known!"

"I was camping in Florence when a branch hit and cracked my front windshield. I called my insurance to get it repaired. I was impressed with the professionalism of the office person I spoke with and scheduled the time. They ordered the window and came to my camp site (10 miles off Hwy 101) to install it. The employees were friendly, explained their process and in under an hour I had a new window. I highly recommend them!"

"If I could give no stars I would. We set up an appointment which was going to take a week. The night before they called and let us know he would be there between 2 and 4. The next day the kid called and said he wasn't sure he could make it and it might be later or maybe earlier. We adjusted our schedule and made arrangements to work with his schedule and even got a friend to give my wife a ride in case. Then I talked to him and he was thinking 3:30ish. I told him to text or call when he had a better idea of time frame after his previous call. I don't get a call but my wife does from his manager saying he may not be able to make it. My wife told him i would be upset as we made all these arrangements for him to have him bail last minute. Needless to say there was no call back, no reschedule, no nothing. We called again today to tell them what has happened and he said he'd call the store manager and find out what's going on. Still no call. This has got to be the worst customer service out of any business I've ever had. Now we have no clue if they are even going to come fix our windshield or not but I will be glad to take my business elsewhere. You should be ashamed to call yourself a business if this is how you treat your customers. I'll be sure to use any other glass service in the area besides these people... F-"

"I could quote Terry Lowery's review word for word, except my car is a 2012 Ford Escape. Every encounter with Hummingbird Auto Glass was positive and very cordial. I appreciated their willingness to work with my schedule, checking in with me 30 minutes before the appointment to say they were running early and that it was no problem to wait for me to get home. That's the other great thing ~ having the windshield replaced at my home instead of going to a shop. It was so convenient, so efficient, and as mentioned by others, above and beyond the minimum in customer service. Thank you, Hummingbird!"

"The person that came to my house and replaced the windshield on my 2007 Chevrolet Colorado did an awesome job. Not only did I get a new windshield but he vacuumed the front of the truck and wiped down the dash. I got way more customer service than I expected. Thank you Hummingbird!"
