"Ken is awesome. He had our Lexus for a month and was doing everything he could to troubleshoot the problem created by Grants Pass Toyota. Grants Pass did not reinstall our timing belt correctly. We ended up with Check engine lights and misfire codes that couldn't be isolated right away. Ken saved these parts for us and allowed us to take them. A lot of mechanic's don't do that. It was a bummer that we were out of our car for a month, but that wasn't their fault. He had to tear apart the car a couple times to even figure out what was wrong! I highly recommend him and his crew. They are amazing and very professional."

Other mechanics in town could not diagnose the problem, but Ken, being a master mechanic, with years of experience, discovered that a faulty inverter unit was causing the problem. He is a throw back to the 1950's, when a person's word was his bond. He's the dude."
