"Well, with only one server on the floor during the entire morning hours work week, the employee suffers and the customer ends up getting poor service. It is now common for the customer to start their coffee, even their meal, without a spoon or the remaining eating utensils, as well as a table that has been maybe partially cleaned if at all. I will still go there for a tasty Abby's special later in the day when the employees seem somewhat idle, but breakfast has become NO DEAL."

"Food is great. On a busy day the parking lot is a nightmare, people parking on the sidewalk making almost impossible to pull out if the lot without causing an accident. With cars parked on the sidewalk or parked right up to the sidewalk, it is almost impossible to see oncoming traffic without physically pulling into the oncoming lane before one can see the traffic. For safety, please block this off to allow people to move safely."
