"My RV was subject to water. Damage due to a rough issue day immediately. Did a temporary repair on the roof and got me on the road in no time? Than when the complete repair was needed. They were there for me. These people are salt of the Earth. Best RV repair experience I have ever had."

"The fantail of our bumper-pull travel trailer and a large boulder tried to occupy the same space in a tight-turn parking lot...did not end well for our trailer, but at least the boulder did not press charges! There are 2 RV repair places closer to home, but Santiam is the place I chose based on referrals. Ed the owner is great to work with on the front end and throughout the process, and exercised great patience & persistence with an MIA Insurance Adjuster. John did beautiful work and our RV looks as good as new! A bummer to see one's RV get crunched, but the folks at Santiam RV did their part quickly & professionally, and made for a happy ending! Thanks Ed & John!"

"New to trailering and new to me truck. Pulling the rig was s little bouncy going down the back roads of Oregon so at the recommendation of my local truck shop replaced the shocks. That helped but still felt a little uncomfortable. Came here by local recommendation. They quickly made appointment for me to adjust my hitch equipment. The rv dealer does none of that vary well After Ed’s team made some adjustments, leveled everything out, which was visibly noticeable, he said it will feel different. Took it out for 150 mile drive on freeway and back roads. Wow it feels very very good. It’s like one unit now. So appreciate their quality of caring and knowledge. Learned lots of additional information about caring for my rig as well. Thanks"
